Using this website

The site examples run locally in your browser. Our enquiry forms send your message through Web3Forms so we can receive and reply to it.

Web analytics

On the live site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and loading performance. It reports aggregate metrics such as pages viewed, referral sources, country, device type, browser and page speed. We do not use it for advertising or to identify individual visitors. The beacon loads from Cloudflare only on the live domain and only when your browser has not signalled a privacy preference or you have not opted out here.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies. If you turn it off, this browser stores the kod-analytics-off preference so later pages can skip the beacon. You can change that preference below.

When you use our enquiry form

We use your name, email address and message to respond to your enquiry. The intended basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. The forms send these details to Web3Forms, which processes the submission and sends a notification to our mailbox at irfan@kodstrukt.com (also reached through info@kodstrukt.com). Web3Forms stores submissions in its dashboard. We will confirm the configured retention period before publication. Please do not include sensitive or customer personal information.

Before publication

The hosting and mailbox providers, lawful basis, Web3Forms retention and international transfers, log handling, Cloudflare configuration and ICO registration position must be confirmed in the final notice.
